煤炭矿区城市水生态文明评价——以焦作市为例 被引量:1

摘要 进行煤炭矿区城市水生态文明评价,可为矿区城市开展水生态文明建设工作提供技术参考。在分析煤炭矿区城市特征的基础上,从水生态文明城市建设的目标——人水和谐角度出发,建立评价指标体系。以煤炭矿区城市——焦作市为例,采用物元可拓-熵权法对2014—2016年的水生态文明程度进行评价。结果表明:2014年,焦作市水生态文明水平为Ⅱ级,2015、2016年为Ⅲ级;从2014—2016年,水生态文明程度得到一定的提高,总体处于中等水平。今后,应进一步加强城市防洪排涝、雨水利用、空气污染治理及水文化建设等方面的工作。 The evaluation of water ecological civilization in coal mining city can provide technical reference for the construction of water ecological civilization in these cities.Based on the characteristic analysis of coal mining city,the evaluation index system was established from the view of harmonious relationship between human and water,as well as the goal to build water ecological civilization city.Taking the coal mining city,Jiaozuo City,as an example,the civilization level of water ecology from 2014 to 2016 was assessed through the matter element extension - entropy weight method.The results showed that the water ecological civilization in Jiaozuo city was graded Level Ⅱ in 2014,and Level Ⅲ in both 2015 and 2016.The level of water ecological civilization was improved from 2014 to 2016,and the overall level was medium level.In the future,further strength should be employed on works such as urban flood control and drainage,rainwater utilization,air pollution control and water culture construction.
