柴油机缸盖热固耦合模拟的边界参数探讨及应用

摘要 柴油机缸盖热固耦合模拟分析中,边界参数的准确性和可靠性对模拟分析结果至关重要。通过分析模拟计算中边界条件参数、及获得这些参数的方法,进而得到可靠的缸盖热固耦合模拟分析解决方案。将此方案用于某4气门柴油机缸盖的热固耦合模拟分析,实现柴油机缸盖的热应力及疲劳预测;然后通过柴油机台架试验验证方案,结果显示模拟分析结果与试验结果误差在4%左右。这表明该方案可以准确预测柴油机缸盖的热应力和疲劳水平。 The correct and effective boundary parameters are of great importance in the heat flow-solid couple simulation of diesel engine cylinder heads. A method of effective flow-solid couple simulation of cylinder head was developed by analyzing the boundary parameters and the approaches to obtain them. The method was applied to a four-valve diesel engine cylinder head, and the head thermal stress and fatigue factor were forecasted. The simulation results were verified by the engine bench test. The result shows that the difference between the simulation and test is less than 4%, indicating that the method can effectively foresee the thermal stress and fatigue level of the engine.
