对炼油厂规模经济的四种形态,即工程规模经济、聚集经济、范围经济和一体化经济,分别进行了阐述和深入分析,对当前技术、市场等条件下炼油厂工程规模经济进行了推算,阐述了发展我国炼油厂规模经济的最佳模式,提出了重视科技创新,提升炼油企业管理水平与核心竞争力,形成有竞争力的规模优势等相关建议。

The article introduces and analyzes the four types of refinery economies of scale, namely the economies of engineering, agglomeration, scope and integration. It calculates the economics of scale for refinery projects under current technology and market conditions, expounds the best mode for China's refinery development with scale economy, and makes suggestions for refineries to realize economies of scale by prioritizing technical innovation, boosting management level and core competitiveness, and forming competitive scale advantages.
