摘要
人性假设是管理理论的基础。本文模仿管理理论"丛林"对人性假设进行了梳理,构建了基于时间坐标与空间坐标的人性假设矩阵,从而将人性假设归类入"实体—静态""实体—动态""关系—静态"及"关系—动态"四个象限。在梳理西方实体人性假设与东方关系人性假设的基础上,论证了未来的人性假设与管理理论应定位于"关系—动态"象限的观点,进一步指出了人性假设整体性、过程性、演绎性与非均衡性的特征。最后,本文还指出未来管理理论将出现的四种研究趋势。
The human nature hypothesis is the basis of management theory.This paper sorts out the“jungle”of human nature hypothesis in reference of the“jungle”of management theories.Based on it,constructed the matrix of human nature hypothesis.This paper classifies human nature hypothesis into four quadrants:entity-static,entity-dynamic,relation-static and relation-dynamic.After listing the hypothesis of substantive human nature in the West,this paper demonstrates that the human nature hypothesis and management theory in the future should be positioned in the“relation-dynamic”quadrant.It also points out the characteristics of its integrity,process,system deduction and non-equilibrium.Finally,this paper also points out four research trends that will emerge in the future management theory.
