摘要
通过收集2009—2014年茂名乙烯裂解装置在运行过程中发生的炉管堵塞问题和数据并对其进行分析,总结出裂解炉近年来发生炉管堵塞的原因,主要包括原料劣质化、设备缺陷、工艺条件恶化、生产操作方案的改变等方面,同时提出了相应的措施和建议。经过采取优化措施后,裂解炉的故障率有所下降,运行周期得到延长、效益得到了保障。
Based on the analysis of the collected plugging problem and data of the ethylene cracking furnace in Maoming from 2009 to 2014,this paper sums up the main reasons for the plugging of furnace tube in recent years, including the inferior quality of raw material, equipment defect, deterioration of process conditions and changes in operation scheme, and puts forward some corresponding measures and suggestions. After adopting the optimization measures, the failure rate of cracking furnace was decreased, the operation cycle was extended and the benefit was guaranteed.
