工艺调整对乙烯装置裂解炉烟气NO_x的影响

摘要 介绍了镇海炼化乙烯装置为寻求降低裂解炉烟气NO_x含量的措施。通过对NO_x生成机理的分析,查找降低热力型NO_x的方法,尝试采取降低空气预热温度、炉膛氧含量、装置负荷、侧烧燃料气比例等工艺调整措施,对比调整前后的烟气NO_x含量,为进一步降低已达标裂解炉烟气的NO_x含量提供参考。 This paper introduces the measures for reducing the NO x content of exhaust gas in the cracking furnace of ethylene plant. Through the analysis of NO x formation mechanism, ways to reduce thermal NO x are investigated, and some process adjustment measures are taken such as reducing air preheat temperature, oxygen content in hearth, feed flow and sidewall burner fuel ratio. The NO x content in exhaust gas before and after the adjustment are compared, providing a reference for further reducing the NO x content of the up-to-standard exhaust gas in cracking furnace.
