摘要
近年来,贵州省始终站在"精准扶贫"的战略高度,采取有力举措推动全省学前教育事业实现了跨越式发展,但由于历史原因,全省农村学前教育发展仍面临众多困境,亟需巩固政府主导的发展模式,建立城乡一体的管理体制,完善专业服务的保障机制,健全多元参与合作,在当前扶贫攻坚的关键阶段,推动全省农村学前教育的可持续、内涵式发展,破解"贫困代际传递"难题,切实办好人民满意的农村学前教育。
In recent years,Guizhou has always been on the strategic height of targeted poverty alleviation,and has taken strong measures to promote the leap forward development of preschool education in the province.But due to historical reasons,the development of rural preschool education in the province is still facing many difficulties.It is urgent to consolidate the government-led development model,establish an integrated management system between urban and rural areas,improve the guarantee mechanism of professional services,and improve pluralistic participation and cooperation.At the critical stage of poverty alleviation,we should promote the sustainable and connotative development of rural preschool education in the whole province and break down the "intergenerational transmission of poverty".Difficult problems should be solved and the rural preschool education that the people are satisfied with should be done well.
