民族地区中小学英语教师研究能力状况调查

An Investigation of the Research Ability of English Teachers in Primary and Middle Schools in Ethnic Minority Area

基于对教师研究的理解和对教师发展重要性的分析,采用问卷及访谈的方法对黔南地区多所学校的149名中小学英语教师研究能力进行调查研究。提出提高中小学英语教师研究水平的相应方法与策略,以期对提高民族地区英语教师专业发展带来一定帮助。

This study is based on the understanding of teachers′ research and the analysis of the importance of teachers′ development and it investigates the research ability of 149 English teachers of primary and middle school by questionnaires and interviews in Qiannan minority area.This paper proposes corresponding methods and tactics for improving the research level of English teachers in primary and middle schools to improve the professional development of English teachers in minority areas.
