基于IEPCO模式下黔南州体育特色小镇发展路径研究

Research on the Development Path of Sports Characteristic Towns in Qiannan Prefecture Based on IEPCO Model

体育特色小镇建设是我国未来体育产业领域的一颗新星,也是推动西部民族地区城镇化建设、脱贫攻坚的重要组成部分。本文采用文献资料法,访谈法,逻辑分析法等研究方法,把黔南州体育特色小镇的现实选择和IEPCO模式结合起来,在此基础上对黔南州体育特色小镇发展路径进行研究。研究认为:根据黔南州的人文历史、民族特色、自然资源禀赋,提出了黔南州体育特色小镇的发展需要从体育特色小镇IP孵化创意、策略规划、PPP模式创新、小镇建设一体化施工建设、后期统一经营管理五个方面对体育特色小镇进行规划建设,从而全面提升体育特色小镇价值服务体系。

The construction of small towns with sports characteristics is a new star in the field of sports industry in China in the future.It is also an important part of urbanization and poverty alleviation in western minority areas.By using the methods of documentation,interview and logical analysis,this paper combines the practical selection of sports characteristic towns in Qiannan with IEPCO model,and then studies the development path of sports characteristic towns in Qiannan.According to the humanistic history,national characteristics and natural resources endowment of Qiannan,the development needs of sports-featured towns in Qiannan were put forward.The sports-featured towns were planned and constructed from the following five aspects: IP hatching creativity,strategic planning,PPP mode innovation,integrated construction of small towns and unified management in the later stage,so as to enhance the vhe value service system of characteristicsports-featured towns in an all-round way.
