科学技术协会助力乡村振兴路径研究——以黔南州科协为例

Research on the Path of Science and Technology Association to Promote Vitalization of Rural Areas——Taking Qiannan Science Association as an Example

在新的历史时期,面对新时代新要求,科协如何参与到"乡村振兴"战略中,在"产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕"等方面做出更大的贡献,是各级科协组织和每一个科技工作者都应主动思考并积极投身其中的一个重要问题。为探索科协在深层次参与乡村振兴的路径,以黔南州为样本,对全州13个县(市)科协工作开展情况进行了调研并进行分析研究,并在此基础上提出相应的对策建议。

In the new historical period,facing the new requirements of the new era,all levels of scientific and technological associations and every scientific and technological worker should actively think about and participate inhow to participate in the strategy of "rural rejuvenation" and make greater contributions to "industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and prosperity of life".In order to explore the way for the Association of Science and Technology to participate in the Rural Revitalization at a deep level,the work of the Association of Science and Technology in 13 counties (cities) of the whole Prefecture was investigated and analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward on this basis.
