摘要
问卷调查贵州省高校学报编辑的心理健康与职业倦怠现状,探讨职业倦怠与心理健康的相关性,运用职业倦怠量表和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对贵州省部分高校学报编辑进行心理健康调查和职业倦怠测量。结果显示,月刊出版编辑在焦虑因子评分上均明显高于双月刊和季刊编辑,初级职称和中级职称的编辑在强迫因子得分上高于高级职称编辑,不同从业时间组在精神病性、恐怖、精神病性因子评分上,5~10年组明显高于<3年组、3~5年组和> 10年组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);职业倦怠各维度得分与心理健康的相关分析结果显示,玩世不恭、情绪衰竭与SCL-90各因子得分均为显著正相关,情绪衰竭对SCL-90躯体化因子、强迫症状、精神病性因子均有不同的预测作用,情绪衰竭程度越高,心理健康水平越差。职业倦怠各因子都不同程度影响遍及人员的心理健康水平,减少职业倦怠可提高编辑人员的心理健康水平。
To understand the status quo of mental health and job burnout of University Journal Editors in Guizhou Province,and to explore the correlation between job burnout and mental health,this paper investigates the mental health and job burnout of some university journal editors in Guizhou Province by using the Job Burnout Scale and Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90).The results showed that the anxiety factor scores of monthly editors were significantly higher than those of bimonthly editors and quarterly editors.The compulsive factor scores of primary and intermediate editors were higher than those of senior editors.The scores of psychiatric,phobic and psychiatric factors of different working time groups were significantly higher than those of<3 years,3-5 years and>10 years groups.The difference was statistically significant.( P <0.05).The correlation analysis between the scores of various dimensions of job burnout and mental health showed that cynicism,emotional exhaustion and SCL-90 were significantly positively correlated.Emotional exhaustion had different predictive effects on somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms and psychotic factors of SCL-90.The higher the degree of emotional exhaustion,the worse the level of mental health.The factors of job burnout affect the mental health of editors to varying degrees.Reducing job burnout can improve the mental health of editors.
