The topic selection and planning of university journals are of great significance for improving the overall quality of journals and becoming excellent columns. The topic selection planning should pay attention to the academic principle,the original principle,the timeliness principle,and the sustainable development principle. Through different topic selection sources,the column planning should be carried out to determine the way of the column drafting. In order to ensure that the quality of publications and columns can be effectively improved,topic planning,papaer for top planning and paper for invitation should become the editors’ normal work of the editorial department.
