关于煤炭企业安全文化水平的分析评价

Analysis and Evaluation on Safety Culture Level of Coal Enterprises

近年来由于我们国家的生产力总体水平的不断提高、经济快速的发展,我们国家的煤炭行业也在不断地发展,投资和开发的力度不断增强。煤炭行业的安全方面相关问题已经受到人们广泛的关注,所以安全文化教育也成为了煤炭行业中的一项重要的组成部分。本研究主要对煤炭企业的安全文化教育水平进行分析评价,研究通过对煤炭企业安全教育文化的产生、现状进行了分析,得出我国煤炭企业现有的安全文化教育水平。通过科学的方法研究发现,影响煤炭企业安全文化教育水平的各指标因素对其的影响有大有小,有的起到决定性作用,有的则可以忽略不计。应用科学的分析、计算方法,可以得出企业的安全文化教育水平,并提出具体的可以快速改善企业安全文化的措施。

In recent years,due to the continuous improvement of the overall level of productivity and rapid economic development in our country,the coal industry in our country is also constantly developing,and the intensity of investment and development is constantly increasing.Safety related issues in coal industry have been widely concerned,so safety culture education has become an important part of the coal industry.This study mainly analyses and evaluates the level of safety culture education in coal enterprises.Through the analysis of the emergence and current situation of safety culture in coal enterprises,the existing level of safety culture education in coal enterprises in China is obtained.Through scientific methods,it is found that the impact of various indicators on the level of safety culture education in coal enterprises is large or small,some of which play a decisive role,while others can be ignored.Using scientific analysis and calculation methods,we can get the level of safety culture education in enterprises,and put forward specific measures to improve safety culture in enterprises quickly.
