摘要 山西某矿15号煤层顶板为坚硬的石灰岩,顶板垮落较为困难,因此,以15106工作面为工程背景,在计算垮落带裂隙带基础上,根据矿井实际情况制定了深孔预裂爆破放顶技术方案,并对放顶效果进行了考察。结果表明,该强制放顶技术可以满足矿井回采工作面安全生产的需要,同时也为其他矿井类似条件下的顶板强制放顶工作提供一定的借鉴。 The roof of No.15coal seam in Shanxi is hard limestone,so it is difficult to collapse the roof.Therefore,taking the working face15106as the engineering background,on the basis of calculating the fracture zone in the caving zone,according to the actual situation of the mine,the technical scheme of deep hole pre-splitting blasting caving is worked out,and the effect of caving is investigated.The result shows that the caving effect is strong.Roof caving technology can meet the requirements of safety production in mining face,and also provide a reference for other mine roof caving under similar conditions.
