摘要
加氢裂化设备在应用过程中很容易出现腐蚀与泄漏的问题。结合目前加氢裂化装置高压换热器的故障现状,文章首先分析了运行与泄漏的主要表现,其次对加氢裂化装置高压换热器运行泄漏的主要原因进行了阐述,希望能够采取更为科学合理的注水处理方式来降低高压换热器的腐蚀风险,调整工艺完整性,以此来确保高压换热器的平稳运行。
The hydrocracking equipment is prone to corrosion and leakage during its application process.Combined with the current failure situation of high-pressure heat exchanger in hydrocracking unit,the article first analyzes the main performance of operation and leakage,and then expounds the main reasons for the leakage of high-pressure heat exchanger in hydrocracking unit,hoping to reduce the corrosion risk of high-pressure heat exchanger by adopting a more scientific and reasonable water injection treatment mode,and adjust the process integrity so as to ensure the smooth operation of high-pressure heat exchanger.
