粉煤灰一步酸溶法制取氧化铝工艺之精液制取设备研究浅析

Study on Fine Solution Preparation Equipment for Alumina Production by One-step Acid Dissolution Method of Fly Ash

针对粉煤灰一步酸溶法制取氧化铝工艺中的除杂过滤,工业上通常采用真空立盘过滤机、叶滤机、板框压滤机等设备。本文主要叙述这三种过滤设备在粉煤灰一步酸溶法制取氧化铝中的应用。通过相互比较,得出最为适合生产需要的除杂过滤设备。

In view of the impurities removal and filter in the process of preparing alumina from fly ash by one-step acid dissolution method,vacuum vertical disc filter,leaf filter,plate and frame filter press and other equipment are usually used in industry.This paper mainly describes the application of these three kinds of filtration equipment in one-step acid dissolution method of fly ash to produce alumina.By comparing with each other,the most suitable impurity removal and filtering equipment for production is obtained.
