摘要
建立了分光光度法测定工业甲醇中痕量磷的分析方法,样品经(700±10℃)灼烧,残留物用20%硫酸溶液洗涤,以亚硫酸钠和对苯二酚为还原剂,钼酸铵为显色剂,分光光度法710nm处有较大吸收波长。实验结果表明,方法曲线在1.0mg/L浓度范围内呈良好线性,相关系数为0.9999;甲醇样品中磷含量大于1.0mg/L时,相对标准偏差不大于5.0%,回收率93.8%-98.6%,方法准确度高,易于操作。
A spectrophotometric method for the determination of Trace Phosphorus in industrial methanol was established.The sample was burned at(700±10℃),and the residue was washed with20%sulfuric acid solution,with sodium sulfite and hydroquinone as reductant and ammonium molybdate as chromogenic reagent,the spectrophotometric method has a larger absorption wavelength at710nm.The experimental results show that the method has good linearity in the range of1.0mg/L,and the correlation coefficient is0.9999.The relative standard deviation is less than5.0%and the recovery is93.8%~98.6%when the phosphorus content in methanol sample is more than1.0mg/L.The method has high accuracy and is easy to operate.
