不锈钢冷轧废水处理提标改造试验研究

摘要 通过试验对比了一种新型除镍剂与TMT(三聚硫氰酸三钠盐)对某钢铁企业不锈钢冷轧废水的进一步除镍性能。结果表明,新型除镍剂与TMT的投加剂量分别为50mg/L和100mg/L时,出水总镍浓度分别达到0.034和0.048mg/L,满足当地环保局提出的《钢铁工业水污染物排放标准》(GB13456-2012)表三总镍≤0.05mg/L的要求。最后通过进行最适投药量的成本分析,得出新型除镍剂在不锈钢冷轧废水处理提标改造方面存在的显著优势。 A novel nickel removal chemical and TMT(trithiocyanuric acid trisodium salt)are chosen as nickel removal agents respectively,and the effects of further nickel removal in the stainless steel cold rolling wastewater treatment are studied.Seen from the results,the optimum dosages of the novel nickel removal chemical and TMT are50mg/L and100mg/L,respectively.And the corresponding concentrations of nickel are0.034mg/L and0.048mg/L,which meets the requirement of nickel discharge limit value of table3specified in the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Iron and Steel Industry(GB13456-2012)proposed by the local Environmental Protection Agency.Finally,through the cost analysis of the optimal dosage,the significant advantage of the new nickel removal agent in the stainless steel cold rolling wastewater treatment is shown.
