特高压GIS超薄型外置式特高频传感器的优化设计与应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 为实现特高压GIS设备盆式绝缘子浇筑口与支架窄缝隙处的UHF(特高频)带电检测,研制了一种蝶形贴片超薄型外置式UHF传感器。基于FDTD(时域有限差分法)建立了UHF传感器性能仿真模型,仿真研究了天线长度、张角、厚度等结构参数对天线性能的影响,开展了传感器的回波损耗参数和等效高度测试,并与商用外置式传感器进行了典型缺陷下局部放电检测灵敏度的实测对比,最后在特高压GIS进行了验证应用。结果表明,该传感器的检测灵敏度与商用传感器相当,可满足特高压GIS局部放电带电检测工作的要求。 In order to realize the ultra-high frequency(UHF) live detection at base insulator sprue gate and the narrow gap of the bracket of the UHV GIS, this paper presents an ultra-thin external UHF sensor with butterfly thin chip. Based on finite difference time domain (FDTD) method, a simulation model of UHF sensor performance was established. The influence of antenna length, angle, and thickness on the performance of the antenna was simulated. Wave loss parameters and equivalent height test were tested, and the commercial external sensor under the typical defects of the PD detection sensitivity is compared and finally verified and applied in the UHV GIS. As is shown that the sensitivity of the sensor is the same as that of the commercial sensor, and can meet the requirement of PD live test of UHV GIS.
