The spatial poverty theory plays an important role in poverty governance practice. However, it is easy to fall into a low-level application state. Based on the empirical analysis of cross-regional migration in Dejiang County, Guizhou Province, the problem of trans-regional migration multiple spatial remodeling is discussed. Through urbanization and centralized resettlement, to develop new areas for immigrants, provide them with jobs, and increase follow-up social support in economic development zones, these measures expand the living space of immigrants in all aspects. Faced with such problems as obstacles in the reconstruction of social capital, difficulties in cultural and psychological adaptation, and insufficient supply of institutional support for immigr肋^ is necessary to carry out social construction of immigrant community living practice, high-quality urbanization resettlement, crossregional migration administrative coordination and regional cooperation, evidence-based poverty alleviation to reshape the multiple space of migration. The enlightenment of trans-regional migration in Dejiang county: scientific poverty control should be optimized from natural geographical space to multiple Spaces, reinventing the multiple living Spaces of immigrants.
