公路跨江通道建设时序研究

Study on the Construction Sequence of Highway Cross-river Channel

公路跨江通道是沿海沿江地区构建互联互通交通网络的必要支撑,也是实现区域交通供需平衡、缓解交通拥堵的基础条件。目前,公路跨江通道建设时序安排存在缺乏科学合理的规划统筹方法。文章以多目标综合排序法为基础,选取建设时序主要影响指标,构建公路跨江通道建设时序规划方法,将项目分为近期、中期和远期建设项目,最后给出应用案例。

Highway cross-river channel is the necessary support for the construction of connectivity transportation network in coastal areas. It is also the basic condition to balance regional traffic supply and demand, ease traffic congestion. At present, there is a lack of scientific and reasonable planning method for the construction sequence of cross - river highway. Based on the multi-objective comprehensive ranking method, this paper selects the main influence indexes of construction sequence, constructs the construction sequence planning method of highway crossing- river channel, divides the project into short-term, medium-term and long-term construction projects, and finally gives the application cases.
