疼痛护理质量管理应用于肿瘤科患者中的效果分析

目的研究分析疼痛护理质量管理应用于肿瘤科患者中的效果。方法将2017年2月—2018年2月入该院接受治疗的100例肿瘤患者设为观察组,予以其疼痛护理质量管理,同时搜集2016年1月—2017年1月该院肿瘤科未实施疼痛护理质量管理前100例患者作为对照组,分析比较两组患者的护理效果及护理质量和护理风险事件发生情况。结果与实施疼痛护理质量管理前相比,护理人员实施后的专业知识水平,实践能力,服务意识,工作责任和解决问题能力均有显着提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时实施后护理风险事件发生情况明显低于实施前,而护理效果及护理质量均优于实施前,组间相应数据进行比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将疼痛护理质量管理应用于肿瘤患者,可以有效提高护理质量,减少护理风险事件的发生,提高患者满意度和生活质量,促进疼痛护理服务的规范化和标准化,值得广泛应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of pain nursing quality management in patients in the department of oncology. Methods 100 cases of tumor patients treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the observation group, using the pain nursing quality management, while 100 cases of patients without pain nursing quality management in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the control group, and the nursing effect, nursing quality and occurrence of nursing risk events were compared between the two groups. Results The professional knowledge level, practice ability, service awareness, working responsibility and problem-solving ability were obviously improved, compared with those before the pains nursing management quality, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), and the occurrence of nursing risk events affer implementation group was obviously lower than that befare implementation, and the nursing effect and nursing quality were better than those befare implementation, and the differences were obvious, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of pain nursing management in tumor patients can effectively improve the nursing quality, reduce the occurrence of nursing risk events, improve the satisfactory degree and quality of life, and promote the standardization of pain nursing services, and it is worth wide application.
