优质护理管理模式在小儿急性哮喘急诊护理管理中的应用

Application of Excellent Nursing Management Model in the Emergency Nursing Management of Children with Acute Asthma

目的分析、研究优质护理管理模式在小儿急诊哮喘急诊护理管理中的临床使用价值。方法按就诊前后顺序,将该院2017年3月—2018年3月所接诊的76例小儿急性哮喘患者分成两个组别,即基础组与舒适组。对基础组患儿予以常规护理管理,而对舒适组患儿予以舒适护理管理模式。比较两种护理管理模式对患儿疾病康复的影响。结果就护理总有效率而言,舒适组高于基础组(94.7%vs 84.2%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.611,P<0.05);舒适组护理满意度(97.4%)比基础组(81.6%)高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.021,P<0.05)。结论对急性哮喘患儿实施舒适护理管理模式,可提高患者的护理效果,且能提升护理满意度,值得大力推行。

Objective To analyze and study the application value of excellent nursing management model in the emergency nursing management of children with acute asthma. Methods 76 cases of children with acute asthma admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected and divided into two groups, the basic group used the routine nursing management,while the comfort group used the comfort nursing management model, and the effect on the disease rehabilitation was compared between the two groups. Results The total nursing effectiveness rate in the comfort group was higher than that in the basic group(94.7% vs 84.2%), and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.611, P<0.05);and the nursing satisfactory degree in the comfort group was higher than that in the basic group(97.4% vs 81.6%), and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.021, P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comfort nursing management model in children with acute asthma can improve the nursing effect and nursing satisfactory degree of patients, and it is worth great promotion.
