论品管圈活动在精神科危险物品管理中的应用

Discussion on Application of Quality Control Circle in the Management of Dangerous Articles in the Department of Pediatrics

目的研究和论述品管圈活动在精神科危险物品管理中的应用效果。方法选取该院精神科2017年3月—2018年4月期间接收的精神患者40例进行研究,分析品管圈活动在精神科危险物品管理中的应用价值。结果实施品管圈活动后,危险物品所致不良事件发生率明显降低,精神患者的焦虑和抑郁情况也有所改善,患者接触威胁物品的次数也因此降低,在护理前后的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理人员对危险物品管理相关知识知晓率、患者满意度均有明显改善。结论将品管圈活动应用到精神科危险物理管理中,是降低精神患者的有利依据,同时也避免了一些不良事件的发生率,该种方法值得在医疗领域应用和推广,同时取得了明显的医学疗效。

Objective To study and discuss the application of quality control circle in the management of dangerous articles in the department of pediatrics. Methods 40 cases of patients with mental diseases admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2017 to April 2018 were selected, and the application value of quality control circle in the management of dangerous articles in the department of pediatrics was analyzed. Results After the implementation of quality control circle, the incidence rate of adverse events caused by the dangerous articles decreased, and the anxiety and depression of patients with mental diseases were improved, and the difference between groups before and after nursing was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the awareness rate of related knowledge and satisfactory degree of patients were obviously improved. Conclusion The application of quality control circle in the management of dangerous articles in the department of pediatrics is a favorable reference of reducing the patients with mental diseases, and it can avoid the incidence rate of some adverse events, and it is worth promotion and application, and it can obtain an obvious medical curative effect.
