Construction and Application of Hospital Management Adverse Event Reporting System from the Perspective of Functionism

在阐明功能主义理论的基础上,使用AGIL框架分析医院内部结构功能(适应功能、目标达成功能、整合功能、维模功能)现状和问题,在此基础上构建管理不良事件内部上报系统,并结合实际应用,总结建立管理不良事件上报系统的关键因素和发展前景。

The paper analyzes the status and issues of internal structural functions in the hospital (Adaptation function, goal achievement function, integration function, latency pattern maintenance function) on the basis of elaborating the theory of functiionism, constructs the hospital management adverse event reporting system on this basis and summarizes the key factors and prospect of establishing the hospital management adverse event reporting system.
