护理风险管理在胃镜室的应用

Application of Nursing Risk Management in the Gastroscopy Room

目的探讨护理风险管理在胃镜室的应用效果。方法选取该院2016年6月—2018年6月收治的126例行胃镜检查患者,将其随机分为两组,各63例,对照组采用常规护理管理,观察组在此基础上采用护理风险管理,将参与研究的40名护士共随机分入两组,各20名,比较实施效果。结果观察组风险事件发生率(3.17%)显著低于对照组(14.29%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理质量评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在胃镜室应用护理风险管理能够有效提高护士护理工作质量,降低胃镜检查风险。

Objective To study the application effect of nursing risk management in the gastroscopy room. Methods 126 cases of patients with gastroscopic examination in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected and divided into two groups with 63 cases in each, the control group used the routine nursing management, while the observation group used the nursing risk management, and 40 cases of nurses were divided into two groups with 20 cases in each randomly, and the implementation effect was compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of risk events in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group(3.17% vs 14.29%),the different was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the nursing quality scores in the observation group were obviously higher than those in the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of nursing risk management in the gastroscopy room can effectively improve the nursing working quality of nurses and reduce the examination risk of gastroscopy.
