摘要
文章主要介绍利用精密点检振动频谱和电流频谱分析技术准确诊断出一起浆液循环泵电机转子断条故障。文中详细阐述了转子笼条断裂故障机理,推导出常用电机极通过频率计算公式,介绍了浆液循环泵电机断条故障具体诊断过程和解体情况,分析了故障产生原因,同时对基于振动频谱和电流频谱分析技术的鼠笼异步电机转子笼条故障诊断方法进行了总结归纳。
The paper mainly introduces the accurate diagnosis of the rotor broken-bar fault in a slurry circulating pump by use of precision point inspection vibration spectrum and current spectrum analysis. It elaborates on the mechanism of the rotor broken-bar fault, deduces the formula for calculating the common passing frequency of the motor pole, describes the diagnosis and analysis of the rotor broken-bar fault, and examines the causes of the fault. It also summarizes the method for diagnosing the squirrel cage induction motor rotor broken-bar fault based on vibration spectrum and current spectrum analysis.
