摘要 针对某钢铁企业一台135 MW掺烧煤气燃煤机组煤气流量扰动大、协调控制方式难以投运的问题,通过开展阶跃扰动特性试验建立焦炉、高炉、转炉煤气与主蒸汽压力之间的数学关系模型,设计了超前滞后补偿控制器,并在机组DCS控制平台组态应用,运行结果表明,该方法可以实现煤气流量扰动下主汽压力稳定控制,保证了协调控制系统正常投运。 Aiming at big fluctuations of gas flow and difficulties in putting the coordinated control system into operation for 135 MW coal-fired generating units with blended gas, this paper establishes a mathematical relation model between coke oven gas, blast furnace gas, converter gas and the main-steam pressure through step disturbance tests respectively, and then designs lead-lag compensation controller, which is applied to the generating units based on its DCS control platform. The results show that the method can achieve stable control of main-steam pressure under gas flow disturbance, which ensures the normal operation of the coordination control system.
