摘要 通信电源是电力通信的心脏,其可靠性直接影响电力通信的安全稳定运行,为了能够实现通信电源的状态评估,开发了一款在私有云环境下利用SVM算法对通信电源的可靠性状态进行评估的系统,实现了对铜陵220 kV及其以下变电站的通信UPS电源、通信专用的DC/DC电源、通信直流电源的状态评估。 Communication power supply is the heart of power communication. Its reliability directly affects the safe and stable operation of electric power communication. In order to realize the state assessment of communication power supply, an assessment system using SVM algorithm to evaluate the reliability state in private cloud environment is developed, which has helped to finish the state assessment of the communication UPS power supply, DC/DC power supply specially for communication at 220 kV and below substations in Tongling.
