直肠癌患者营养知识知晓的影响因素分析与护理管理对策 被引量:7

摘要 目的调查直肠癌患者营养知识知晓情况的影响因素和护理管理对策。方法选取我院2014年6月至2016年6月收治的直肠癌患者120例为研究对象,调查患者的营养知识知晓情况,并制定相应的护理管理对策。结果经分析,年龄> 60岁、文化水平初中及以下、月收入<3500元、居住地为农村均为结肠癌患者营养知识知晓率的危险因素,而接受过营养宣教为患者知晓率的保护因素。结论直肠癌患者营养知识知晓情况较差,与患者来源,月收入,文化水平,饮食习惯,疾病分期以及是否受宣教等因素有一定关系,因此临床中应制定并实施相应的护理对策,以提高患者营养知识知晓率,减少患者营养不良的发生。
