三维护理对老年急性心肌梗死早期尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗的影响

Effect of three-dimensional nursing on early urokinase intravenous thrombolytic therapy in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的探讨三维护理对老年急性心肌梗死早期尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗的影响。方法选取2016年8月至2018年3月我院收治的老年急性心肌梗死患者90例为研究对象,随机将其等分为研究组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予三维护理,比较两组患者护理前后的焦虑自评量表评分(SAS),并发症发生情况。结果护理前两组患者的SAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),护理后研究组患者SAS评分低于对照组(P <0. 05),研究组患者并发症的发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论在老年急性心肌梗死早期尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗过程中应用三维护理,可缓解患者焦虑程度,减少并发症的发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of three-dimensional nursing on early urokinase intravenous thrombolytic therapy in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods To select 90 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction who were admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to March 2018 as the study subjects. They were divided into study group and control group with the same number of patients randomly. The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given three-dimensional nursing based on the same treatment as the control group. The self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) scores and complications of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results Before the nursing intervention,there was no significant difference in SAS score between the two groups( P > 0. 05). After the nursing intervention,the SAS score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of three-dimensional nursing in the treatment of urokinase intravenous thrombolysis in the early stage of acute myocardial infarction can alleviate the anxiety degree of patients and reduce the incidence of complications among them,which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
