精细化护理在预防阿帕替尼治疗晚期原发性肝癌患者不良反应中应用

Application of refined nursing in the prevention of adverse reactions of Apatinib in patients with advanced primary hepatic cancer

目的探讨精细化护理在预防阿帕替尼治疗晚期原发性肝癌患者不良反应中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年5月我院收治的晚期原发性肝癌患者200例为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和研究组,对照组应用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上接受精细化护理。比较两组患者不良反应发生情况、护理质量、生活质量。结果研究组患者的护理质量高于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组患者的生活质量优于对照组(P <0. 05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论精细化护理在预防阿帕替尼治疗晚期原发性肝癌患者不良反应中应用,可降低不良反应发生率,提高患者护理质量和生活质量,值得临床上进一步推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing in the prevention of adverse reactions of Apatinib in patients with advanced primary hepatic cancer. Methods To select 200 cases of patients with advanced primary hepatic cancer who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to May 2018 as the study subjects, and they were divided into the control group and the study group with the same number of patients randomly. The control group was treated with routine nursing, while the study group was given refined nursing based on the treatment of control group. The incidence of adverse reactions, quality of nursing, and quality of life among patients in the two groups were compared. Results The nursing quality in the study group was higher than that in the control group( P <0.05).The quality of life in the study group was better than that in the control group( P <0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction in the study group was lower than that in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion The application of refined nursing in the prevention of adverse reactions of Apatinib in patients with advanced primary hepatic cancer can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions as well as improve the quality of care and quality of life among the patients.So, this method is worth further clinical promotion and application.
