摘要
目的探讨问题反省法在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法选择2017年7—12月我院收治的2型糖尿病患者80例,将其随机等分成试验组和对照组,对照组接受糖尿病常规健康教育,试验组接受问题反省法健康教育,比较两组患者干预后的糖尿病自我效能评分和血糖控制改善率。结果试验组患者干预后的糖尿病自我效能评分和血糖控制改善率高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论采用问题反省法对2型糖尿病患者开展健康教育活动,可显著提升患者的糖尿病自我管理效能与血糖控制改善率。
Objective To investigate the application effect of problem reflection method in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods To select 80 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital from July 2017 to December 2017, and they were divided into study group and control group with the same number of patients randomly. The control group was given routine diabetes health education,while the study group was treated with the health education of the problem reflection method. The post-diabetes self-efficacy score and glycemic control improvement rate of patients in the two groups were compared after the intervention. Results The diabetes self-efficacy score and glycemic control improvement rate after intervention in the study group were higher than those in the control group( P <0.05). Conclusion Applying the problem-reflection method to carry out health education activities for patients with type 2 diabetes can improve the self-management efficacy and blood sugar control improvement rate of patients significantly.
