circRNA在肝癌中的研究进展

Circular RNA in hepatocellular carcinoma

circRNA是一种新的内源性RNA,广泛存在于真核细胞中,参与转录或转录后基因表达调控,大部分属非编码RNA,是近几年RNA领域中的研究热点。circRNA主要通过拮抗miRNA来发挥"海绵作用"进而调控靶基因表达,与多种疾病有着密切联系,特别是在肿瘤中发挥重要作用。近年研究发现,circRNA对肝细胞肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)的发生、发展及转移具有重要调控作用。该文就circRNA与肝细胞肝癌关系的研究进展作一阐述。

Circular RNA is a novel class of endogenous non-coding RNAs,which is widespread in eukaryotic cell and the function is to regulate gene expression at the transcriptional or post-transcriptional level.Through miRNA sponge effect to regulate target gene expression,circRNA is closely related to a variety of disease,especially in tumors.Recent researches found that circRNA play an important role in regulating occurrence,development and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).In this study,we review research progress about circRNA and HCC.
