On the Coordinated Development Strategy of Vocational Colleges under the Background of “China City Cluster”

高职院校协同发展是高职教育总体发展水平的重要体现。"中国城市群"经济实力雄厚、区位优势明显、群体互联互通、社会效应集聚等优势为区域高职院校协同发展提供了可能,但也面临教育资源条块分割、行业背景各有倚重、院校特色风格迥异、发展远景梯队规划不一等困境,需要在政府主导下通过投资共建公共实习实训基地、联合举办大型人才求职双选会、合作开发公共课程体系、共同构建教师培训体系、强化政府宏观政策规划与引导等措施促进高职院校协同发展。

The coordinated development of vocational colleges is an important embodiment of the overall development level of national higher vocational education.The advantages of “China City Cluster”,such as strong economic strength,obvious location advantage,group connectivity,and social effect agglomeration,provide the possibility for the coordinated development of regional vocational colleges.However,it is also faced with the difficulties such as splitting the resources of education,depending on the industry background,various characteristics and styles of colleges,and echelon planning of development vision.It is necessary to promote the coordinated development of vocational colleges by the investment and construction of public training base under the leadership of the government,joint hosting of face-to-face recruitment fair,cooperative development of public curriculum system and teacher training system,enhanced macro-policy planing and guidance of the governments.
