口腔修复联合正畸疗法对先天性缺牙的治疗价值分析

Analysis of the Therapeutic Value of Oral Prosthesis Combined with Orthodontic Treatment for Congenital Missing Teeth

目的评价先天性缺牙应用口腔修复联合正畸疗法治疗效果。方法方便选取2013年10月—2017年10月该院收治的60例先天性缺牙患者,告知患者不同治疗方法的风险和利弊,由患者自由选择作为分组依据,将其分为对照组、联合组,两组样本各30例患者,口腔修复作为对照组治疗措施,口腔修复联合正畸疗法作为联合组治疗措施,分析两组语言能力评分、咀嚼功能评分、治疗时间、治疗效果、患者满意度。结果联合组语言能力评分(9.51±1.54)分、咀嚼功能评分(9.55±1.10)分、治疗效果96.7%、患者满意度96.7%均高于对照组(7.66±1.48)分、(7.38±1.05)分、76.7%,80.0%(t=4.744、7.816;χ~25.192、4.043,P=0.000、0.000、0.023、0.044);治疗周期时间,联合组(17.6±2.0)个月、对照组(1.5±1.0)个月(t=39.437,P=0.000)。结论先天性缺牙应用口腔修复联合正畸疗法治疗,既可提高语言能力及咀嚼功能,又可提高治疗效果及患者满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of oral prosthesis combined with orthodontic treatment for congenital missing teeth.Methods Convenient select 60 patients with congenital edentulous patients admitted to our hospital from October 2013 to October 2017 were informed of the risks and advantages and disadvantages of different treatment methods.The patients were freely selected as a group basis and divided into control group and joint group,30 patients in each group of samples,oral rehabilitation as a control treatment,oral prosthesis combined with orthodontic treatment as a combination of treatment measures,analysis of two groups of language ability score,chewing function score,treatment time,treatment effect,patients'satisfaction.Results The combined language proficiency score(9.51±1.54)points,chewing function score(9.55±1.10)points,treatment effect 96.7%,patient satisfaction 96.7%were higher than the control group(7.66±1.48)points,(7.38±1.05)points,76.7%,80.0%(t=4.744,7.816,χ^2=5.192,4.043,P=0.000,0.000,0.023,0.044);treatment cycle time,combined group(17.6±2.0)months,control group(1.5±1.0)months(t=39.437,P=0.000).Conclusion The application of oral prosthesis combined with orthodontic treatment for congenital missing teeth can not only improve language ability and chewing function,but also improve treatment effect and patient satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application.
