急诊内科昏迷患者病因分析

Analysis of Etiology of Emergency Department Coma Patients

目的对于急诊内科昏迷患者的病程资料进行分析研究,并对其昏迷原因做出相应的分析。方法方便选取该院急诊科自2015年12月—2016年12月1日收治的228例昏迷患者作为研究对象,通过对其现阶段情况与入院初期诊断结果相结合的方式,对于急诊内科昏迷患者的昏迷原因进行分析总结。结果急性脑出血导致昏迷患者占总昏迷人数22.81%;急性脑梗塞导致昏迷患者占总昏迷人数13.60%;一氧化碳中毒导致昏迷患者占总昏迷人数10.52%;急性酒精中毒导致昏迷患者占总昏迷人数15.35%;镇静药中毒导致昏迷患者占总昏迷人数4.82%;农药中毒导致昏迷患者占总昏迷人数3.51%;低血糖昏迷导致昏迷患者占总昏迷人数7.89%;糖尿病酮症酸中毒导致昏迷患者占总昏迷人数2.63%;糖尿病高渗昏迷导致昏迷患者占总昏迷人数1.75%;肺源性脑病导致昏迷患者占总昏迷人数7.46%;心源性脑病导致昏迷患者占总昏迷人数6.58%。另外还有部分患者的昏迷导致原因具有较高的特殊性,在此统计过程中将其统一归入"其他因素"导致患者出现昏迷状态一列,此部分人数占总昏迷人数3.07%。结论对于228例昏迷患者进行昏迷原因的研究探讨后可发现,常见的导致患者发生昏迷的病症有各类心血管疾病、各类脑血管疾病、肝性脑病、肺性脑病、急性中毒、低血糖以及心脏骤停等等。其中脑卒中、急性中毒、糖尿病相关并发症这3项为昏迷现象的最高发病因。

Objective To analyze the disease course data of patients with coma in emergency department,and to analyze the cause of coma.Methods The emergency department of our hospital was convenient selected from December 2015 to December 2016.A total of 228 comatose patients admitted to the hospital in one year were selected as subjects for study.The results were combined and analyzed to summarize the causes of coma in emergency department coma patients.Results Acute cerebral hemorrhage caused coma patients to account for 22.81%of total faint fascination;acute cerebral infarction caused coma patients to account for 13.60%of total faint fascination;carbon monoxide poisoning caused coma patients to account for 10.52%of total faint fascination;acute alcoholism caused coma patients to account for total faint fascination 15.35%;sedative drug poisoning caused coma patients to account for 4.82%of total faint fascination;pesticide poisoning caused coma patients to account for 3.51%of total faint fascination;hypoglycemia coma caused coma patients accounted for 7.89%of total faint fascination;diabetic ketoacidosis caused coma patients faint fascination number was 2.63%;the hyperosmolar coma caused by diabetes accounted for 1.75%of the total faint faintness;the pulmonary complication caused coma patients to account for 7.46%of the total faint fascination;the cardiogenic encephalopathy caused coma patients to account for 6.58%of the total faint fascination.In addition,some patients'coma causes higher specificity.In this statistical process,they were classified into"other factors",which led to the patient's coma,accounting for 3.07%of the total faint fascination.Conclusion In 228 cases of coma patients with coma,it can be found that common coma causes various cardiovascular diseases,various cerebrovascular diseases,hepatic encephalopathy,pulmonary encephalopathy,acute poisoning,and hypoglycemia and cardiac arrest and more.Among them,stroke,acute poisoning,and diabetes-related complications are the highest causes of coma.
