摘要
目的探讨采用高压氧治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的有效性。方法方便收集2017年4月—2018年4月90例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿随机分组。对照组予以常规方法治疗,观察组则予以常规方法联合高压氧治疗。比较两组疗效;病情好转时间、神经反射正常时间、肌力正常时间;治疗前后患儿智力指标;治疗安全性。结果观察组疗效44(97.78)高于对照组32例(71.11%)(χ~2=12.181,P<0.05);观察组病情好转时间、神经反射正常时间、肌力正常时间(6.11±1.41)d、(8.11±1.21)d、(9.12±0.21)d优于对照组(8.42±2.25)d、(10.42±2.25)d、(10.23±1.51)d,(t=8.267、8.211、9.987,P<0.05);治疗后观察组语言情况、大运动评分、精细动作评分、适应能力评分、社交行为(98.56±3.26)分、(115.56±3.11)分、(95.19±2.21)分、(97.56±3.01)分、(99.19±2.13)分优于对照组(81.11±4.53)分、(93.13±4.53)分、(82.14±2.12)分、(88.72±4.13)分、(82.14±2.15)分,(t=8.574、7.458、6.874、5.748、7.845,P<0.05)。观察组治疗安全性3例(6.67)和对照组4例(8.89)差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.755,P>0.05)。结论常规方法联合高压氧治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的疗效确切,可有效改善新生儿症状和预后。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.Methods Convenient select a total of 90 children with neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy were enrolled from April 2017 to April 2018.The control group was treated with conventional method,and the observation group was treated with conventional methods combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.The two groups were compared;the condition improved,the normal time of nerve reflex,the normal time of muscle strength;the intelligence index of children before and after treatment;the safety of treatment.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was 44 cases(97.78%)higher than that of the control group 32 cases(71.11%)(χ^2=12.181,P<0.05).The improvement time of the observation group,the normal time of nerve reflex,the normal time of muscle strength were(6.11±1.41)d,(8.11±1.21)d,(9.12±0.21)d were better than the control group(8.42±2.25)d,(10.42±2.25)d,(10.23±1.51)d,(t=8.267,8.211,9.987,P<0.05);the language of the observation group,large exercise score,fine action score,adaptability score after treatment,social behavior(98.56±3.26).points,(115.56±3.11).points,(95.19±2.21)points,(97.56±3.01)points,(99.19±2.13)points better than the control group(81.11±4.53)points,(93.13±4.53)points,(82.14±2.12)points,(88.72±4.13)points,(82.14±2.15)minutes(t=8.574,7.458,6.874,5.748,7.845,P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the observation group's treatment safety 3 cases(6.67%)and the control group 4 cases(8.89%)(χ^2=0.755,P>0.05).Conclusion Conventional methods combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy for the treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy are effective and can effectively improve neonatal symptoms and prognosis.
