摘要
目的观察分析抚触和游泳在临床中配合蓝光治疗对新生儿高胆红素血症所具有的治疗效果和影响。方法回顾分析2016年8月—2017年12月期间于该院新生儿科接受高胆红素血症治疗的新生儿96例,采用随机分组法将其分为对照组与研究中组各48例,对照组新生儿接受常规蓝光治疗与临床护理,研究组新生儿在对照护治疗的基础上配合抚触和游泳。对两组新生儿治疗前后的血清总胆红素水平变化情况,以及对其生成长发育所具有的影响进行随访、调查。结果两组新生儿在治疗前的胆红素水平及生长发育情况对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经治疗后,两组新生儿胆红素水平及生长发育情况均有所改善,但研究组新生儿胆红素水平变化(214.36±24.58)μmol/L、(156.54±21.51)μmol/L、(105.81±16.57)μmol/L]及生长发育情况(54.08±2.12)cm、(4.82±0.58)kg、(232.48±22.31)mL,均明显优于对照组(246.85±26.62)μmol/L、(188.38±22.62)μmol/L、(120.52±20.48)μmol/L;(52.35±1.28)cm、(4.22±0.64)kg、(262.25±24.16)mL](t=6.212 5、7.067 0、3.868 6、4.839 9、4.812 8、6.271 8;P<0.05)。结论在新生儿高胆红素血症蓝光治疗中配合抚触和游泳,具有较好的治疗效果,在有效降低新生儿血清中胆红素水平的同时,有效改善新生儿的各项生长发育情况,进一步促进新生儿的健康成长发育,在临床中具有较高的应用价值和意义。
Objective To observe and analyze the therapeutic effects and effects of touching and swimming in the clinic with blue light therapy on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.Methods A retrospective analysis of 96 cases of neonates treated with hyperbilirubinemia in the neonatology department of our hospital from August 2016 to December 2017 was divided into control group and study group by random grouping method.The newborns in the control group received conventional blue light therapy and clinical care,and the newborns in the study group cooperated with touching and swimming based on the control group of the nursing care.The changes of serum total bilirubin levels before and after treatment in the two groups of neonates,as well as the effects on their long-term development were followed up and investigated.Results There was no significant difference in bilirubin levels and growth between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups of neonatal bilirubin levels and growth and development improved,but the study group neonatal bilirubin levels(214.36±24.58)μmol/L,(156.54±21.51)μmol/L,(105.81±16.57)μmol/L]and growth and development(54.08±2.12)cm,(4.82±0.58)kg,(232.48±22.31)mL,were significantly better than the control group(246.85±26.62)μmol/L,(188.38±22.62)μmol/L,(120.52±20.48)μmol/L;(52.35±1.28)cm,(4.22±0.64)kg,(262.25±24.16)mL](t=6.212 5,7.067 0,3.868 6,4.839 9,4.812 8,6.271 8;P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubin blue light,combined with touching and swimming,it has a good therapeutic effect,effectively reducing the level of bilirubin in neonatal serum,and effectively improving the growth and development of newborns.The situation further promotes the healthy growth and development of newborns and has high application value and significance in clinical practice.
