正畸与修复联合治疗先天性缺牙的临床效果评价

Clinical Evaluation of Orthodontic Treatment Combined with Repair for Congenital Missing Teeth

目的探讨口腔正畸与修复联合治疗先天性缺牙的临床效果。方法随机选取2017年7月—2018年6月期间的70例先天性缺牙患者作为研究对象。根据治疗方案的不同,将70例先天性缺牙患者分为研究组、对照组,各35例。对照组单一应用口腔正畸治疗方法,研究组联合应用口腔正畸与修复治疗方法。观察并比较2组的临床疗效、满意度以及咀嚼功能的恢复情况。结果研究组治愈20例、显效8例、有效5例、无效2例,对照组治愈14例、显效7例、有效6例、无效8例,研究组的总有效率94.29%明显高于对照组的总有效率77.14%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.258,P=0.023);研究组满意24例、较满意10例、不满意1例,对照组满意15例、较满意11例、不满意9例,研究组的满意度97.14%明显高于对照组的满意度74.29%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=8.514,P=0.015);治疗前,研究组的咀嚼功能评分(4.65±0.38)分与对照组的咀嚼功能评分(4.71±0.55)分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.681,P=0.071);治疗后,研究组的咀嚼功能评分(9.54±1.13)分明显高于对照组的咀嚼功能评分(7.15±1.02)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.654,P=0.001)。结论口腔正畸与修复联合治疗先天性缺牙,疗效确切,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of orthodontics and prosthesis in the treatment of congenital missing teeth.Methods 70 patients with congenital edentulous teeth from July 2017 to June 2018 were randomly selected as subjects.According to the different treatment options,70 patients with congenital edentulous teeth were divided into study group and control group,35 cases each.The control group was treated with a single orthodontic treatment method,and the research group was combined with orthodontics and repair treatment.The clinical efficacy,satisfaction,and recovery of chewing function were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The study group was cured in 20 cases,markedly effective in 8 cases,effective in 5 cases,and ineffective in 2 cases.The control group was cured in 14 cases,markedly effective in 7 cases,effective in 6 cases,and ineffective in 8 cases.The total effective rate of the study group was 94.29%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group.The total effective rate was 77.14%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.258,P=0.023);the study group was satisfied with 24 cases,10 cases were satisfactory,1 case was unsatisfactory,the control group was satisfied with 15 cases,and 11 cases were satisfactory.Satisfactory in 9 cases,the satisfaction rate of the study group was 97.14%significantly higher than that of the control group 74.29%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.514,P=0.015);before the treatment,the chewing function score of the study group(4.65±0.38)points,there was no significant difference in the chewing function score(4.71±0.55)points between the control group and the experiment group(t=1.681,P=0.071).After treatment,the chewing function score of the study group was significantly higher than(9.54±1.13)points.The chewing function score of the control group(7.15±1.02)points was statistically significant(t=8.654,P=0.001).Conclusion The combination of orthodontics and prosthesis for the treatment of congenital missing teeth is effective and worthy of promotion.
