多巴胺联合多巴酚丁胺治疗新生儿窒息后肾损害的疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究新生儿窒息后肾损害患者实施多巴胺联合多巴酚丁胺治疗的效果。方法研究时间:2016年10月—2017年12月,研究对象:随机选取该院收治的新生儿窒息后肾损害患者86例,按随机表法分为实验组(n=43)、对照组(n=43),实验组:常规+多巴胺+多巴酚丁胺治疗,对照组:常规治疗,观察两组治疗效果、实验室指标、各项症状消失时间、肾血流参数。结果实验组治疗效果(轻度:100.00%vs78.95%,χ~2=4.249;中度:92.86%vs50.00%,χ~2=5.144;重度:90.91%vs50.00%,χ~2=4.296)高于对照组,实验室指标、各项症状消失时间、肾血流参数优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论新生儿窒息后肾损害患者实施多巴胺联合多巴酚丁胺治疗的效果显著,可以对肾血流进行优化,促进临床症状改善,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广借鉴。 Objective To study the effect of dopamine combined with dobutamine in patients with renal damage after neonatal asphyxia.Methods Study time:October 2016 to December 2017,study subjects:86 patients with renal damage after neonatal asphyxia admitted to our hospital were divided into experimental group(n=43)and control group(n=43),experimental group:conventional+dopamine+dobutamine treatment,control group:conventional treatment,observe the treatment effect,laboratory indicators,disappearance time of various symptoms,renal blood flow parameters.Results The therapeutic effect of the experimental group(mild:100.00%vs 78.95%,χ^2=4.249;moderate:92.86%vs 50.00%,χ^2=5.144;severe:90.91%vs 50.00%,χ^2=4.296)was higher than the control group.The laboratory parameters,disappearance time of various symptoms,and renal blood flow parameters were superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of dopamine combined with dobutamine in patients with renal damage after neonatal asphyxia is significant.It can optimize renal blood flow,promote clinical symptoms and improve treatment effect.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
