摘要
目的探讨抗菌药物的应用与医院感染控制情况。方法方便选择2016年1月—2017年12月期间该院收治的850例患者为研究对象,其中2016年1—12月期间的常规管理为对照组(n=400),而2017年1—12月期间实施循证干预为观察组(n=450),对两组的抗菌药物应用情况和医院感染发生率进行比较分析。结果观察组的不合理用药率为2.44%,低于对照组的12.25%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=12.093,P<0.05);观察组的医院感染率为4.44%,低于对照组的11.75%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.534,P<0.05);同时,对照组发生院内感染的47例患者中,共检出45株病原菌,其中35株为耐药菌,占77.78%,而观察组发生院内感染的20例患者中,共检出19株病原菌,其中9株为耐药菌,47.37%,对比差异有统计学意义(χ~2=14.287,P<0.05)。结论通过实施循证干预管理机制可以减少抗菌药物的不合理用药,使医院感染发生率降低。
Objective To investigate the application of antibacterial drugs and hospital infection control.Methods A total of 850 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were convenient enrolled.The routine management from January to December 2016 was the control group(n=400),and during the period from January to December 2017,evidence-based intervention was performed in the observation group(n=450),and the application of antibiotics and the incidence of nosocomial infection were compared between the two groups.Results The irrational drug use rate of the observation group was 2.44%,which was lower than that of the control group(12.25%).There was a difference between the two groups(χ^2=12.093,P<0.05).The hospital infection rate of the observation group was 4.44%,which was lower than that of the control group of 11.75%,the difference between groups was significant(χ^2=10.534,P<0.05).At the same time,among the 47 patients with nosocomial infection in the control group,45 pathogens were detected,of which 35 were resistant bacteria,accounting for 77.78%.Among the 20 patients with nosocomial infection in the observation group,19 pathogens were detected,9 of which were resistant bacteria,47.37%.The comparison was statistically significant(χ^2=14.287,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of evidence-based intervention management mechanism can reduce the irrational use of antibiotics and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.
