急诊护理流程优化对急诊患者抢救效率的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Emergency Nursing Process Optimization on Rescue Efficiency of Emergency Patients

目的探讨急诊护理流程优化在提高患者抢救效率的作用。方法方便选取该院急诊科2017年3月—2018年3月收治的60例急诊科患者为观察组,选取2016年2月—2017年2月未实行急诊护理流程优化的60例急诊患者为对照组,对比两组急诊患者的抢救成功率。结果观察组患者抢救成功率58例(96.67%),对照组患者50例(83.33%),观察组接诊效率(11.12±2.32)min、分诊效率(0.88±0.11)min、检查效率(10.12±2.14)min、治疗效率(57.12±5.34)min均高于对照组患者(18.45±4.23)、(2.21±1.34)、(14.58±3.35)、(70.12±5.14)min(t=12.12、8.56、8.98、12.34);观察组58例(96.67%)与对照组50例(83.33%)转运成功率对比,前者高于后者(χ~2=4.231);观察组患者护理满意度58例(96.67%)明显高于对照组患者50例(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.768,P<0.05)。结论急诊患者抢救过程中优化急诊护理流程,可以提高急诊患者抢救成功率,减轻患者与家属的痛苦度,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the role of emergency nursing process optimization in improving patient rescue efficiency.Methods 60 patients in the emergency department of our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were convenient selected as the observation group.60 emergency patients who underwent emergency care process optimization from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the control group.Compare the rescue success rate of the two groups of emergency patients.Results In the observation group,the success rate of rescue patients was 58 cases(96.67%),50 cases(83.33%)in the control group,the observation group's access efficiency(11.12±2.32)min,triage efficiency(0.88±0.11)min,examination efficiency(10.12±2.14)min,treatment efficiency(57.12±5.34)min was higher than that of the control group(18.45±4.23),(2.21±1.34),(14.58±3.35),(70.12±5.14)min(t=12.12,8.56,8.98,12.34),respectively;observation group 58 cases(96.67%)compared with the control group 50 cases(83.33%)transport success rate,the former was higher than the latter(χ^2=4.231);the observation group patients satisfaction satisfaction 58 cases(96.67%)was significantly higher than the control group 50 cases(83.33%),The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.768,P<0.05).Conclusion Optimizing the emergency nursing process in the rescue process of emergency patients can improve the success rate of emergency patients and reduce the pain of patients and their families.It has clinical promotion value.
