新型多筒式混凝土生产储卸油平台结构设计与数值分析

摘要 针对海上边际油田开发特点,提出了一种新型多筒式混凝土生产储卸油平台(MCPSO),设计了混凝土和钢板混合的双层储油舱室和吸力桩固定式基础;采用数值分析方法得到了MCPSO储罐在波浪力作用下应力的传递特征,分析了波浪力和装载情况对于MCPSO储罐的影响。结果表明MCPSO的舱室设计使得其罐体受力路径清晰,充分发挥了内外罐各自结构和材料的优势。通过数值分析进一步指出了平台建造中应注意加强的部位,为后续的研究和试验提供了一定的数据支持。本文研究成果可有效降低海上边际油田开发风险,提高开发效益,为边际油田开发提供了新的思路和技术储备。 According to the development characteristics of offshore marginal oilfields,a novel multi-cylinder concrete production storage and offloading(MCPSO)is proposed.Both concrete and steel plates are adopted to build double-layer oil storage compartments and the suction piles are chosen to fix the platform to the sea floor.The numerical analysis is conducted to learn stress transmission characteristics of the MCPSO under wave loads,and the influence of wave loads and loading conditions on MCPSO tank is analyzed.The results show that the path of the stress transmission is clear,demonstrating the superiority of the structure and the materials.The numerical analysis results recommend the parts needed to be strengthened.This work provides the essential data for the future work and model tests.The research results in this paper can effectively reduce the development risk of offshore marginal oilfields and improve the development efficiency,which provides new ideas and technical reserves for the development of marginal oilfields.
