摘要
素质教育是高职院校人才培养的核心。我国对高职教育人才培养的要求始终围绕"素质"二字不断完善,但在高素质人才培养实践中,存在课程建设滞后、"以文化人"思想缺失、教育方法缺乏艺术性、评价与反馈机制尚不完善、网络正能量引导不到位的问题。因此,高职院校在人才培养过程中,应以素质类课程体系建设为重点,解决课程之间交叉、重复和断层问题,注重教学过程中学生的参与和实践,注重课程效果的评价与反馈,注重网络舆论的引导,在课程体系、教学内容、教学方法、教学评价及价值引导等方面遵循学生成长和发展的"进化"规律,培养高素质的劳动者和技术技能型人才。
Quality education is the core of higher vocational talents training,demands to talents training in higher vocational education in our country always continuously improve around the"quality",but in the practice of higher vocational talents cultivating,problems remains such as the undeveloped curriculum construction,the lack of literacy ideas,the lack of artistic education method,and the issues related to evaluation and feedback mechanism and the proper guidance of the Internet,therefore,in the process of talents training in higher vocational colleges,it is important to take quality class curriculum system construction as the key point,solve the course issues,like the over-cross,repetitive and fault,pay attention to the participation of the students in the process of teaching and practice,pay attention to the effect of course evaluation and feedback,pay attention to the guidance of network,follow the"evolution"of students'growth and development in the aspects of curriculum system,teaching content,teaching method,teaching evaluation and value guidance,and cultivate high-quality laborers and skilled technical talents.
