高校工科研究生党支部设置模式改革及党建创新探索

Exploration on the Reform of the Model of Party Branch Setting and the Innovation of Party Building for Engineering Postgraduates in Universities

随着招生规模扩大和研究生教育体制改革,研究生党员群体存在的复杂性和差异性使传统的研究生党组织建制已经不能满足新时代的需求。本文通过对传统横向建立党支部的方式进行分析,提出了一种"纵横交织"的、适用于理工科院系的研究生党支部设置模式;并以河海大学土木与交通学院为例,阐述了该创新模式的具体构建方式。

With the expansion of enrollment and the reform of the postgraduate education system,the complexity and diversity of the postgraduate student group has made the traditional postgraduate Party organization unable to meet the needs of the new era.This paper analyzes the way of establishing the Party branch in the traditional horizontal direction,and puts forward a model of postgraduate Party branch setting that is suitable for the department of science and engineering departments and colleges.Taking the College of Civil and Transportation Engineering of Hohai University as an example,the specific construction method of this innovative model is expounded.
