Research on Group Psychological Counseling Activities to Promote Student Management in Higher Vocational Colleges: Taking the Group Counseling of Love and Growth as an Example

团体心理辅导是一种通过团体的力量来感染个人或影响个人的一种心理辅导形式。恋爱在每个阶段都很重要,也难免会产生很多心理问题,这对学生管理工作造成了一定的难度。本文以恋爱成长团体为例,来探讨团体心理辅导活动对促进高职院校学生管理工作的研究,为学生管理工作提供一种新的理论管理模式。

Group counseling is a form of psychological counseling that influences individuals through the power of groups.Love is very important at every stage,and it will inevitably lead to many psychological problems,which causes obstacles to student management.Taking the group counseling of love and growth as an example,this paper explores the role of group psychological counseling in promoting student management in higher vocational colleges,in order to provide a new theoretical management model for student management.
