摘要
南京市某化工原料公司生产中产生3种不同性质的工艺废水(简称1、2、3号废水),水量分别为2.0、2.4、4.8 m^3/d。针对3种废水不同的特征,探讨了蒸发结晶和微电解+Fenton氧化+混凝沉淀两组预处理工艺。试验结果表明,1号废水的最佳预处理工艺为蒸发结晶,COD、TN去除率分别为84.21%和67.57%;2号、3号废水最佳预处理工艺均为微电解+Fenton氧化+混凝沉淀,COD、TN去除率分别为92.20%和81.36%、88.85%和94.08%。
Three kinds of wastewater were produced by a chemical company in Nanjing (referred to as strands of wastewater 1,2 and 3),the amount of water were 2.0,2.4 m^3/d and 4.8 m^3/d.According to the different characteristics of the three kinds of wastewater,two pretreated processes were designed which were evaporation and micro-electrolysis+fenton oxidation+coagulation and precipitation.The results showed that the best pretreatment process for the wastewater 1 was evaporation crystallization,the removal rates of COD and TN were 84.21% and 67.57%.The second combined method was the best pretreatment process for wastewater 2 and 3,the removal rates of COD and TN were 92.20% and 81.36%,88.85% and 94.08%,respectively.
