摘要
激活素A是转化生长因子β超家族成员,最初通过培养的垂体分泌促性腺激素发现其能够促进促卵泡激素的产生。目前,激活素A已成为各种基本生理过程的一个关键调节剂,如发育、体内平衡、炎症和组织重构等。在一些存在免疫炎症和(或)组织重构的人类疾病中,人们发现激活素A来源于各种不同类型的细胞,且存在差异化表达。然而,在一些疾病的背景下,激活素A同时具有破坏和保护性的功能。未来,深入研究其在免疫炎症、组织重构和组织修复调节等方面的作用,将为激活素A抑制剂改善或治疗炎症性疾病提供新思路。
Activin A is a member of the transforming growth factor β superfamily. It was first found that activin A can promote the production of follicle-stimulating hormones by secreting gonadotropins from cultured pituitary gland.At present,activin A has become a key regulator of various basic physiological processes,such as development,homeostasis,inflammation and tissue remodeling.In some human diseases with immune inflammation and(or) tissue remodeling,activin A has been found to be derived from various types of cells and differentially expressed.However,in the context of some diseases,activin A has both destructive and protective functions.In the future, in-depth study of its role in immune inflammation, tissue remodeling and tissue repair regulation will provide new ideas for activin A inhibitors to improve or treat inflammatory diseases.
