手术是治疗心外科疾病的主要手段,为了能够准确评估患者的手术风险,国内外许多学者进行了大量的临床研究,针对不同的外科手术患者建立了各种各样的手术风险评估模型。发展至今,心脏手术风险评估模型已有几十种,但目前国内外应用最广泛、最具权威性的是中国冠状动脉旁路移植术风险评估模型(SinoSCORE)、新版欧洲心脏手术风险评估模型(Euro SCOREⅡ)以及美国胸外科医师协会心脏手术风险评估模型(STSscore)。在临床应用中,不同的研究中心报道的模型预测效果也不同。

Surgery is the main treatment for surgical heart diseases.In order to accurately evaluate the risk of surgery, many researchers from China and other countries have accomplished a large number of clinical studies,and established various surgical risk evaluation models for different surgical operations.So far,although dozens of cardiac surgery risk evaluation models have been established,the most widely and most authoritative models are SinoSystem for coronary operative risk evaluation (SinoSCORE),European system for cardiac operative risk evaluation Ⅱ(EuroSCOREⅡ) and the Society of thoracic surgeons score(STSscore).In clinical application,model predictive effects reported by different research centers are different.
